Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9 baje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the 9 baje website at https://9-baje.com, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9 baje platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of any updates.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9 baje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to that subject matter.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a 9 baje account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 9 baje or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or have not otherwise been restricted from using the 9 baje platform.
• You have not previously had a 9 baje account suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Age Verification

9 baje reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or government-issued photo ID, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Where 9 baje has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, all winnings forfeited, and the deposit amount returned to the original payment method subject to the completion of identity verification confirming the player's age.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

9 baje is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 9 baje is lawful in your jurisdiction. 9 baje makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to applicable local laws.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 9 baje at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being subject to review and potential forfeiture.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating your 9 baje account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must notify 9 baje promptly if any of this information changes. 9 baje will not be responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of inaccurate or outdated registration information.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, allow any third party to use your account, or access any other player's account under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your account using your credentials will be considered to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 9 baje support immediately at [email protected]. 9 baje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed in notifying us of a suspected breach.

3.3 Account Transfers

9 baje accounts, account balances, bonuses, and any associated benefits are personal to the registered account holder and are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or entitlements associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will render the transfer null and void and may result in account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and there are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by 9 baje. 4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 9 baje, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 9 baje account instantly in the majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. 9 baje strongly discourages depositing borrowed money or funds earmarked for essential living expenses.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.
• 9 baje reserves the right to decline a deposit or request verification before processing any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being met.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• 9 baje reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts that exceed standard thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests made in connection with a bonus balance may be subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal is approved.
• 9 baje does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotional communication, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotional offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the relevant offer. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary and will be stated in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 9 baje explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 9 baje reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that the offer is being abused, that collusion is occurring, or that the player has provided false information.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested account restrictions are not eligible to receive bonuses for the duration of the restriction.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

9 baje takes bonus abuse seriously. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using automated software to exploit bonus structures; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit from a bonus; and withdrawing bonuses without genuine wagering intent. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any withdrawals made in connection with the abuse.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 9 baje are governed by the rules set out in this section, together with any specific rules applicable to individual games and sports markets as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until 9 baje has issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of any technical error or system fault that results in a bet being placed at clearly incorrect odds, or a bet being accepted when it should not have been under normal operating conditions, 9 baje reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on 9 baje cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and domestic competitions. The following general rules apply to all cricket betting markets:

• For a match result market to be settled, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified in the rules for the applicable format (T20, ODI, Test).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or decided by a Super Over, markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time. Once a live bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• 9 baje does not accept liability for any disruption to live betting markets caused by interruptions to data or broadcast feeds.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 9 baje — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate using independently certified random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the individual game information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. 9 baje does not offer any guarantee of winnings on any game.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event that a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, 9 baje will attempt to complete the game round using the last recorded player action. If the game round cannot be completed due to a system error on 9 baje's end, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. Disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device are not grounds for a stake refund once a game round has commenced.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9 baje. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing inefficiencies. Any winnings resulting from an identifiable software error or pricing mistake are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of insider trading in relation to sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 9 baje staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or deposit limits imposed on your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after wagering deposited funds on the platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

9 baje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 9 baje support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 9 baje will process any pending withdrawal of the available account balance to the player's verified payment method, provided that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or security reviews are pending. Account closure requests made in connection with responsible gaming concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed immediately.

8.2 Funds on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms or pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted for the duration of the investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 9 baje reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages attributable to the breach. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided in all cases of material breach.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9 baje provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs with or without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9 baje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible loss — even if 9 baje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9 baje's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 9 baje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

9 baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform or, where appropriate, communicating directly with affected account holders. The amended Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

A failure by 9 baje to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance. Waivers must be made in writing to be effective.
